Your Life Your Journey Offer its client as Travel Partner and Direct Guest (Referred as Client in both) online on its website all travel related service like Flight booking and Hotel booking. For use of our services our client pays us in advance either in our bank accounts or via Our Payment Getaway partner or Credit as per company Policy with their client.

As and when our client wants to cancel booking after confirm and paid amount. We will refund them as per Airlines Policy and Company policy after deduct applicable charges.

Charge as given:-
If booked service is normal market fare then we will charge As per supplier policy (Like Airlines/Hotel charge) plus Your Life Your Journey Company service charge

If User is our Travel Partner our service charge 75+GST in domestic flight and 150+ GST in International flight and 500+GST in hotel booking cancellation .After deduct applicable charge we will credit refund amount in agent wallet for future service use.

And If User is our direct guest and booked service as B2C client then our service charge is 300+GST in domestic flight and 500+ GST in International flight and 1000+GST in hotel booking cancellation. After Deduct applicable charges we will credit back to same mode of payment within 10 working days addition charge of payment charge will also debit from refund amount or if guest agree then credit in wallet for future use after get re-confirmation from client and guest can save payment gateway charge.

Any fare or rate which is booked Company Special Fare /Rate only then our cancellation policy is applicable .As we are major supplier of airlines in Domestic and International we have contract rate with target base or advance blocking basis from airlines so we will charge as per our policy only. Airlines Policy not applicable on that fare.(In this case no any claim for fare and cancellation diff as these are our contract rate. and fully agreed before booked these fare before book this)
